ABLAZE YOUTH

Our youth ministry, Ablaze, is a safe place where young people between the ages of 13 and 18 can come embark on a journey of discovering life the way Jesus described it. We believe that God is doing great and mighty things in the lives of our young people, and that the very best is yet to come! Here are some of the things we have going on every month.

We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month downtown at Antioch Church from 6:00 - 8:00pm. These meetings are gatherings of youth led by adults who love to invest in the future generations. Youth are able to form close friendships, grow in The Word, and go deeper in their relationship with God. We also have monthly events scheduled at various times and locations on the 1st and 3rd weekends of every month, because we love to enjoy life together. For the latest activities, please take a look at our monthly newsletter below:

our vision

We want to guide students as they grow personally, spiritually, and relationally.

  • Personally - We aspire to raise up and equip a generation of godly young men and women through discipleship and by cultivating their gifts and abilities. Along with establishing a culture of honor, servant hood and humility, we will passionately prepare our youth and launch them out for their destinies on earth as it is on Heaven.
  • Spiritually - As leaders, we are determined to advance young people to be zealous in having an intimate relationship with the Lord: seeking Him through prayer, worship, and the Word. We feel a God given assignment to recognize, stir up, and encourage use of spiritual gifts in all of our students. We desire our youth to grow a great expectation for the supernatural and a hunger for the presence of the Lord.
  • Relationally - Believing The Great Commission Jesus gave us, we desire to teach and create opportunities for youth to impact their friends, communities, and the world. We will encourage our students to be bold in standing for righteousness and have expectation to see the world around us changed by local service projects and community outreaches. We eagerly pursue this mission to awaken and empower world changers and reformers.
